Reserved and Standard Parking Terms and Conditions
In addition to the General Event Terms and Conditions the following apply:
All pre-booked tickets are purchased via TicketCo. By purchasing from TicketCo you will be asked to accept their terms and conditions at the time of booking.
1. Reserved Parking
1.1 All Reserved Parking spaces are sold on the basis of private, non-commercial use. Commercial operation is not permitted unless agreed in writing, in advance, with The Copas Partnership. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings, which do not adhere to this.
1.2 A maximum number of 10 people (15 in Premium) throughout the day will be allowed per Reserved Parking space to ensure the comfort of all Reserved Parking guests.
1.3 Minibuses are not permitted in the front and second row spaces of the Reserved Parking area.
1.4 Coaches are not permitted within the Reserved Car Park, but can be accommodated in the Standard Car Park at Gate A.
1.5 Reserved parking spaces must be vacated by one hour after the end of the racing. Overnight parking is available nearby in our Gate A and Gate B standard car parks. Cars will need to be moved by 9.00am the following day, unless a valid car park pass for that day is also displayed. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure you have a designated driver.
1.6 When bringing large vehicles, e.g. limousines, we need the dimensions of the vehicle and additional spaces may need to be purchased to accommodate the size of the vehicle.
1.7 All our Saturday Reserved Car Parking space prices include admission to the Barn Bar area on Regatta Saturday. Additional wristbands can be bought on the day. The Barn Bar is Over 21s.
1.8 No licensable activity is permitted in the Reserved Car Park.
1.9 No music is permitted for cars, portable devices or otherwise.
1.10 Picnics are available to be ordered from our onsite caterer. It is not possible to operate your own bar and outside caterers are not permitted; we do not allow supermarket delivery vans onto site.
1.11 The Reserved Parking area is designed as a relaxed informal picnic location.
1.12 In the event that you cancel with more than one month’s notice, we will attempt to re-let your space. If we are able to re-let your space an administration charge (25% of booking) will apply. If we are unable to re-let your space, no refund will be given. In the event of cancellation with less than one months’ notice, no refund will be given.
2.1 We are happy for you to erect small garden gazebos in the picnic area next to your vehicle, provided that they fit comfortably in your own space and do not block the view or encroach on other customers' space. Gazebos without backs and sides are permitted in the front row. We reserve the right to request their removal if they do not adhere to this.
3.1 No BBQs are permitted in the Reserved Parking area, we reserve the right to extinguish any BBQs. No naked flames, fires or candles.
4.1 You must retain your Ticket at all times. Tickets and wristbands (if applicable) will not be replaced under any circumstances.
4.2 Each guest will receive the appropriate number of wristbands on entry, which must not be removed until departure. Failure to show an intact wristband on request by stewards will lead to entry to the enclosure area being refused and could result in you being asked to leave the Event.
4.3 A wristband does not guarantee entry into the Barn Bar. We operate a strict ID policy on the door on Saturday nights.
4.4 Children under 18 must be accompanied at all time. Please note our bars are Over 21s on Friday and Saturday. A challenge 25 Policy will be in operation. Please bring acceptable photographic ID.
4.5 Please note that the car park closes 1 hour after racing and the main gates into the venue will be locked from 12.30am - 6.30am.
4.6 No Camping is permitted in the car parks, if you wish to camp please book into the Glebe Campsite.
4.7 No ball games allowed.
4.8 No overnight parking in the Reserved Car Park. Cars can be moved to standard parking for overnight parking.
4.9 The Management will ensure that, where applicable, the Event will comply with the most recent Government guidelines on COVID-19, or any other pandemic, including, but not limited to, guidelines regarding numbers of attendees, social distancing measures and contact tracing.
