Whether you’re organising a day out for colleagues, celebrating with friends, or gathering the family, our Private Pavilions offer an unbeatable hospitality option that combines value, comfort, and convenience.

Each pavilion comes with its own picket-fenced garden, picnic benches with parasols, and space for up to 50 guests. It’s the perfect private base to enjoy a full day of world-class rowing, summer sunshine, and laid-back riverside vibes.

Catering is available to pre-order, including delicious picnic hampers and gourmet options, so everything can be ready and waiting for your arrival. On the day, a fully stocked on-site bar is available, serving ice-cold cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks throughout the event—giving your group everything you need without the hassle of bringing your own supplies. Complimentary welcome drink included for every guest. (Though you are welcome to BYO if you prefer)

This is hospitality made easy, offering all the essentials for a fun and stress-free day, while still allowing flexibility for customisation. You can also upgrade to a Deluxe Pavilion, which includes added comfort features like rattan furniture, electricity, and extra parking.
