Yes! We have different drop-off and collection points depending on what time you are arriving or leaving.

All drop-offs and collections take place at the Remenham Farm Car Park, accessed via Gate A.

For daytime drop-offs and collections, once you arrive at Gate A you will be directed to the Regatta entrance at The Start Line, or to the Pavilions Car Park if you are attending a Private Pavilion or have booked Riverside Parking & Picnicking.

For evening drop-offs and collections, all vehicles should use the drop-off point located near the Pavilions Car Park.

All guest parking for Remenham Farm is located at Gate A, just a 5-minute stroll from the riverbank and all the Remenham Farm festivities.

Parking for Henley Royal Regatta must be pre-booked to guarantee your space on the day.

You can book All-Day Parking from 8am until late from £40, or Evening Parking for our Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening events from just £15. If you’re joining us for the full week, our 6-Day Parking Pass offers the best value.

You can book All-Day Parking from 8am until late from £40, or Evening Parking for our Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening events from just £15. If you’re joining us for the full week, our 6-Day Parking Pass offers the best value.

While we do not have dedicated disabled parking, all standard parking at Gate A, Remenham Farm, is located on a flat grass field with hardstanding tracks.

Upon arrival, please show your Blue Badge to the parking attendants, who will direct you to the closest available parking to the Regatta entrance. Please note that a regular parking ticket will still need to be purchased.

Our dress code is smart casual, and we encourage guests to dress in a way that reflects the celebratory atmosphere of Henley Regatta. Smart jeans are absolutely fine (as long as they’re not ripped or distressed), and fashion trainers are acceptable, though please avoid sports trainers. Caps, tracksuits and hoodies are not permitted.

We recommend comfortable, stylish summerwear – think tailored pieces, relaxed blazers, dresses and separates suitable for a garden party.

While we take a more relaxed approach, please be aware that other enclosures along the river may have stricter dress codes. If you’re visiting one of our hospitality enclosures, it’s best to check with them directly for specific requirements.

Due to the outdoor nature of Remenham Farm, we recommend practical footwear such as flats, wedges or block heels for navigating the grassy areas comfortably.

Any lost property handed in or found during the event will be taken to our on-site office, located behind the Pavilions Enclosure. Please view our site map for more information on its location.

AFTER HENLEY ROYAL REGATTA

Any unclaimed items will be stored by our team for a short period after the event. To arrange collection, please call 01628 499988 a few days after Henley Royal Regatta.

General public areas, including the riverbank towpath, the Barn Bar Garden, Street Food Yard and Shopping Village, are free to access during Henley Royal Regatta.

Tickets are required for all of our hospitality enclosures, including the Pavilions Enclosure, where you can enjoy private riverside pavilions for groups of 10–75 guests, the Temple Island Enclosure, the Riverside Enclosure, and the Boaters Enclosure.

You can pre-book a Private Pavilion for groups of 10–75 guests in a beautiful riverside setting, complete with a covered marquee and private garden area.

Alternatively, gather friends and family around one of our Reserved Picnic Tables within the Pavilions Enclosure, complete with access to a private bar and optional catering.

For a more relaxed and affordable option, Riverside Parking & Picnicking offers your own private riverside space for the day, right beside the rowing.

The Barn Bar is free to access throughout the week, except during ticketed evening events on Thursday and Friday from 6pm, and Saturday from 12pm. You can pre-book tickets or reserve a Reserved Picnic Bench to make the most of your visit.

You should receive your QR code as soon as your booking is confirmed. However, don’t worry if you lose the email before the event – we’ll resend all tickets approximately one week before Henley Royal Regatta.

Lapel badges for the Pavilions Enclosure and Riverside Parking & Picnicking will be issued on arrival at your enclosure.

We operate the riverbank activities on the first half of the racing course from The Start by Temple Island upstream to midway along the course. We do not operate the racing and have no control over activities on the water. Temple Island, Stewards Enclosure and the Racing are operated by Henley Royal Regatta (HRR).

Racing generally takes place from around 9:00am to 7:00pm from Tuesday to Saturday, with Finals Day (Sunday) finishing at approximately 4:30pm.

The racing schedule is organised by Henley Royal Regatta and varies each day depending on the number of races. The latest timetable can always be found on the Henley Royal Regatta website.

Race programmes are available to purchase during the event, subject to availability. Guests with a Private Pavilion or Riverside Parking & Picnicking booking will receive at least one complimentary race programme with their reservation.

Start Times

Tuesday to Saturday: Racing begins at 09:00.

Sunday: Racing begins at 11:00.

Finish Times

Tuesday to Saturday: Racing is expected to finish at approximately 19:30.

Sunday: The final race is expected to finish by 16:30.

All of our public and ticketed areas enjoy riverside views, but the best way to experience the Regatta is to book in advance and secure one of our most sought-after riverside locations.

For the ultimate Regatta experience, Private Riverside Pavilions offer an exclusive setting right beside the course, while Riverside Parking & Picnicking provides a more relaxed and affordable way to enjoy a private riverside space.

If you’re looking for a more informal day out, our public bars offer food, drinks and fantastic views of the racing. The Barn Bar is free to access during the day and hosts three fantastic live music events on Thursday and Friday evenings from 6:00pm, and Saturday from 12:00pm.

Alternatively, you can reserve a Reserved Picnic Table within the Pavilions Enclosure for a relaxed day by the river.

The Barn Bar is free to access during the day. On Thursday and Friday, entry to the evening events requires a ticket from 6:00pm, while Saturday is ticketed from 12:00pm.

All days of Regatta tend to be busy with different crowds, with Saturday being the busiest overall.

Tuesday & Wednesday – these days are busy with the keen rowers and crew supporters.

While picnicking along the riverbank is technically permitted, it isn’t the best way to experience Henley Royal Regatta. The towpath running alongside Remenham Farm is a public right of way and is managed by the local council.

On busy Regatta days, more than 30,000 people can visit the area, making the towpath extremely congested. If it becomes too crowded, you may be asked to move on, and as the space is public, there is no guarantee you’ll find a suitable spot.

For the best experience, especially on busier days, we recommend Riverside Parking & Picnicking, where you’ll enjoy your own reserved riverside space with uninterrupted views of the rowing.

If you’re celebrating with a larger group, you can pre-book a Private Riverside Pavilion for between 10 and 75 guests, complete with a covered marquee and private garden area.

For smaller groups, we recommend a Reserved Picnic Table within the Pavilions Enclosure or a Reserved Picnic Bench at The Barn Bar for a more relaxed and affordable way to enjoy the day.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred experience, as many of our most popular options sell out before the event.

It depends. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol as part of your picnic if you have booked a Private Riverside Pavilion, a Reserved Picnic Table within the Pavilions Enclosure, a Riverside Parking & Picnicking space, or are staying on the campsite and consuming alcohol within the campsite.

You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol into our hospitality enclosures, bars or public areas at Remenham Farm.

Please note that a Designated Public Place Order (DPPO) is in place across Remenham and Henley-on-Thames. This gives police officers the authority to require people to stop drinking in public places and to confiscate alcohol or alcohol containers where appropriate. If you are carrying alcohol, particularly in large quantities, you may be asked to surrender it.

Remenham Farm during Henley Royal Regatta offers a wide range of food and drink options to suit every type of visit, from casual street food to fully catered private hospitality.

The Street Food Yard, located within The Barn Bar, features some of the UK’s best independent food vendors, serving everything from stone-baked pizzas and gourmet burgers to global flavours and artisan treats.

Our public bars, including The Start Line Bar and The Barn Bar, are open throughout the day. The Barn Bar becomes ticketed during our live music events from 6:00pm on Thursday and Friday, and from 12:00pm on Saturday. Both bars offer fantastic riverside views, a wide selection of drinks and a relaxed atmosphere.

For a more exclusive experience, our Private Riverside Pavilions provide exceptional hospitality for groups of 10–75 guests, with optional catering and drinks packages, dedicated service, and a covered marquee with private riverside garden space.

For smaller groups, our Reserved Picnic Tables within the Pavilions Enclosure include a private table, parasol, access to the Pavilions Bar, and the option to pre-order a gourmet picnic or bring your own food.

You can also reserve a Reserved Picnic Bench at The Barn Bar, giving you a dedicated space beside the Street Food Yard with easy access to the bar, live entertainment and riverside atmosphere.

With many of our most popular experiences selling out in advance, we recommend booking early to secure your preferred option.

Dogs are permitted in most areas of site, however they are not permitted in the three hospitality enclosures or in the campsite.  

All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and cleared up after. We reserve the right to remove any dogs and their owners from site should this not be adhered to.  

Children can attend Remenham Farm during the Regatta, however we do have age restrictions in place in certain areas.  

Each hospitality enclosure will have its own age limit and should be contacted directly.  

For The Barn Bar, children are allowed when accompanied by an adult, with the exception of during the ticketed events – these are strictly over 18s.  

Reserved Parking and Picnicking and Pavilions permit Children when accompanied by an adult. Children 5 and under will not be included in your final numbers.  

Boat moorings for Henley Royal Regatta are available as a 7-night stay from Tuesday 29th June to Monday 5th July 2027, giving you exclusive access to our prime stretch of river throughout Regatta week.

With only a limited number of berths available along our exclusive stretch of riverfront, availability is extremely limited. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Please note that all boat moorings at Remenham Farm during Henley Royal Regatta are professionally managed by our trusted boating partner, Hobbs of Henley. Once your booking is confirmed, the Hobbs team will be in touch to coordinate the finer details of your stay and ensure everything is tailored to your requirements.

Moorings are also available outside of Henley Royal Regatta on a first-come, first-served basis and are payable on arrival directly to Hobbs of Henley.

Remenham farm operates as a cashless site and as such we will not have any cashpoints available.

Yes, we have a fantastic team from LSA medical who will be available across all areas of site. They will be based near barn bar, however will be available on radio, so please do find any member of staff or security who will be able to contact them to be deployed to your location. They will also be providing a boat for river safety. If it is a life or death situation call 999 and send someone for assistance.
