Guaranteed Covered Seating: Your table is reserved exclusively for you inside our fully covered marquee,  ideal for all-weather comfort. Please arrive by 2 PM to secure your table for the day and evening.

Prime Position Near the Stage: Located close to the entertainment stage, you’ll have one of the best spots in the house for our Thursday, Friday and Saturday events kick off. Please note if you wish to stay for the events, you will also need to purchase tickets.

Includes a £150 Bar Tab: Your booking includes a £150 bar tab, redeemable at our festival-style bars on the day.

The Best Base at Henley Royal Regatta: Situated near the Regatta’s iconic start line at Remenham Farm, The Barn Bar combines world-class rowing views with Henley’s best atmosphere.

Tuesday/Wednesday/Sunday

• Guaranteed reserved seating from 10 AM
• Please arrive before 2 PM to keep your table.

Thursday

• Guaranteed reserved seating from 10 AM – 6 PM.
• Please arrive before 2 PM to keep your table
• From 6 PM you’ll also need a ticket for the Thursday’s live music event

Friday

• Guaranteed reserved seating from 10 AM – 6 PM.
• Please arrive before 2 PM to keep your table
• From 6 PM you’ll also need a ticket for Friday’s live music event

Saturday

• Guaranteed reserved seating from 10 AM
• Please arrive before 2 PM to keep your table
• Guests will also need to purchase a ticket for Saturday’s live music event

IMPORTANT!

• From 6pm on Thursday and Friday and 12pm on Saturday, The Barn Bar transforms into an event space and is ticketed.
• You are welcome to stay at your table for the events, but you will need to purchase tickets alongside your table reservation if you require your table past the beginning of the event.
• Tickets can be pre-booked here. On the day tickets may be available but can not be guaranteed.

We have a large range of areas and enclosures along the Remenham Farm part of the Regatta. Please see below for specific timings for each area.

Remenham Farm Car Park

• Tuesday – Wednesday 8am – 9pm
• Thursday – Saturday 8am – 12:30am
• Sunday 9am – 7pm 
• Evening Parking Thursday – Saturday 4pm – 12:30am

Temple Island/Riverside/Boaters Enclosures

• Tuesday – Saturday 8:30am – 8:30pm 
• Sunday 10:30am- 5pm 

Pavilions Enclosure/Private Pavilions

• Tuesday – Saturday 8:30am – 8:30pm 
• Sunday 10:30am- 5pm 

Riverside Park & Picnic

• Tuesday – Saturday 8:30am – 8:30pm 
• Sunday 10:30am- 5pm 

The Barn Bar

• Open Daily: 10am – Midnight (Sunday 10:30am – 5pm)
• Ticketed from: 6pm Thurs/Fri and 12pm Saturday
• Please refer to your event ticket for further information on each event.

Embers Campsite at Remenham Farm

• Open Daily from: June 30th – July 5th
• Check In: 11am – 8pm however, if you are early the Embers team will try their best to accommodate you.
• Check Out: 10am every day with absolutely no exemptions.

Public Bars & Street Food Yard

• Breakfast/Coffee from 8am
• Bars from 10am – Midnight

Getting Here

Remenham Farm is located along the first half of the Henley Royal Regatta racecourse, just outside Henley-on-Thames.

Coach and taxi drop-off, as well as all-day parking, are located at the Remenham Farm car park (Car Park A). Parking and arrival arrangements vary by product, with clear signage and stewards on the day to help direct you.
