Experience one of the most exclusive culinary events of Henley Royal Regatta as multi-award-winning, two Michelin-starred chef Tommy Banks hosts a remarkable riverside dining experience overlooking Temple Island.
Relax in the beautiful private gardens before enjoying a specially designed five-course lunch, created and presented by Tommy Banks himself. Drawing inspiration from ingredients grown and harvested on his North Yorkshire family farm, Tommy will share insights into his innovative preserving and cooking techniques throughout the afternoon.
Set against the excitement of Henley Royal Regatta, this is a rare opportunity to combine world-class gastronomy with one of the UK’s most iconic summer sporting occasions.
With champagne on arrival, a complimentary bar including paired wines, live music and afternoon tea, this is a truly elevated Regatta experience.
About Tommy Banks
Tommy Banks is a multi-award-winning chef and one of the UK’s most innovative restaurateurs. Born and raised in the village of Oldstead in North Yorkshire, Tommy comes from a farming family and continues to draw inspiration from the land his family has farmed for generations.
He holds two Michelin stars across his restaurants — The Black Swan at Oldstead and Roots in York — and has also been awarded a Michelin Green Star in recognition of his commitment to sustainable gastronomy. In addition to his restaurants, Tommy oversees a pub, a premium food box business and a canned wine brand.
A familiar face on television, Tommy is a veteran judge on BBC’s The Great British Menu, having previously won the competition in 2016, 2017 and 2020.

Getting Here
Temple Island Enclosure is located on the banks of the river on Remenham Farm. Remenham Farm is located along the first half of the Henley Royal Regatta racecourse, just outside Henley-on-Thames.
Coach and taxi drop-off, as well as all-day parking, are located at the Remenham Farm car park (Car Park A). Parking and arrival arrangements vary by product, with clear signage and stewards on the day to help direct you.
Temple Island Enclosure is a short walk from Remeham Farm’s car park and taxi drop-off at GATE A.

- Check In: 11am – 8pm however, if you are early the Embers team will try their best to accommodate you.
- Check Out: 10am every day with absolutely no exemptions.
