Henley Women’s Regatta 2026 | Trailer & Towing Parking Pass
If you’re bringing a boat to Henley Women’s Regatta, we offer free parking for boat trailers and their towing vehicles. Parking passes will be issued on arrival at Gate A for qualifying vehicles. You can no longer pre-book. To ensure smooth access and compliance with event regulations, please read the following information carefully before arriving.
- Trailer parking opens: Wednesday 17th June at 14:00 until Sunday 20th June 2026
- Car park closes daily at 21:00 (Gate will be locked)
- To qualify for free parking, you must arrive with a trailer, towing vehicle, car carrying a boat.
- Your parking pass is valid only for the vehicle used to tow or carry your boat and must be displayed every time you enter at Gate A.
- Cars with sculling boats are allowed entry only if carrying a boat or collecting one.
- Gazebos are not permitted in the trailer or car park (per Event Safety Management Plan).
Trailer and towing vehicle parking at Henley Women’s Regatta 2026 is available free of charge. Conveniently located near the regatta site, the trailer car park offers secure access from 2pm Wednesday, 17th June 2026 and is ideal for rowers, clubs, and teams transporting boats to the event.
All vehicles towing boat trailers or cars carrying sculling boats will be given a parking pass on initial entry at Gate A.
To ensure safety and smooth operations throughout the regatta weekend, please note that gazebos and large setups are not permitted in the trailer parking area.
PLEASE NOTE: Three-day trailer parking passes will be issued upon arrival at Gate A to qualifying vehicles; no pre-booking is required.
