We are delighted to announce Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity as this year’s official Copas Events charity. The charity provides specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children. There are currently over 120 Road Dahl Nurses caring for more than 33,000 seriously ill children, but there are many more children who do not receive this vital specialist care. Sunday is traditionally Family Day at Remenham Farm during Henley Royal Regatta, and this year, the Barn Bar Garden will be taken over by Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity. There will be live entertainment and a personal appearance from Marvin the Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity mascot. Adults can make the most of The Barn Bar Garden’s street food and bars; there’s plenty of seating to relax & enjoy the finals of the most prestigious regatta in the world.

Entertainment at the Barn Bar Garden’s Family Fun Day is organised by Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity, this year’s official Copas Events charity. We’re delighted to introduce our brilliant entertainers for the day!

Chip Colquhoun

Chip is a professional storyteller and author and is brilliant at family engagement.

Emily is a professional singer-songwriter who is very engaged with our charity. She has a varied song list and will engage with the audience to align this.

Buttercrumble

Twin sisters who create amazing digital portraits of children and families which can be Henley themed. These will be printed as a memento of the day.
